Fitness and people are my passion. I have been a strength and dance instructor for 15 years. Fitness is more than something we do, it is a part of who we are, and a way to enjoy the journey to our best and healthiest selves. My mission is to educate, mentor, guide and inspire my clients and friends to find the right balance of a healthy and happy lifestyle. CPT CNC FNC Certified

My favorite thing about teaching Fit Barre , is that it is low impact, however it challenges you with every move. This is a great class to lengthen your muscles, tone, help with flexibility and balance. It is a great format for all fitness levels.

I fell in love with Group Fitness during my very first Zumba class in college. The energy in the room was insane and I loved it! I knew from then on that it would be my mission in life to lead people in fun, sweat-drenching workouts where they could challenge themselves and maybe even try something new. Over the years I have gotten so much joy out of meeting new people and encouraging them to find new strength within themselves. I teach Kickboxing, Zumba and Hip-Hop, strength classes and cycle.

I graduated from The Ohio State University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2017. Since then she has worked in outpatient orthopedics and now owns concierge practice Empower Physio and Wellness. Dr. Stephanie has a passion for helping active people stay active by empowering people to overcome injuries so they can perform like they never thought possible.

I'm a 200 hour RYT Certified Yoga Instructor, as well as certified eating psychology Coach. I combine the two while working with clients to heal their relationship with food and body. Yoga has been a huge companion to me in my own personal journey with food and body as I pursued years of healing from disordered eating. Now free, I love to share this powerful practice in and outside the class. I have practiced yoga for 10+ years, and have been teaching since 2016.

After quietly utilizing yoga with my students and athletes for nearly twenty-five years, I felt the deeper layers of yoga calling me toward more profound discovery so I began teaching 10 years ago. My practice with you will nurture your body's health and flexibility, will invite your mind's opening and understanding, and will whisper to the spirit within that connects you to everything. I carry an RYT 200 hours Yoga Certification.

Columbus Fit Life Corporate creates customized fitness programs for companies of all sizes. We promote health, well-being and learning by fostering community at the workplace.

We also offer small group Training and community classes open to everyone. Our Program is available in person, live-streamed and on demand. We build and prommote COMMUNITY.
