Kickboxing

Easy to follow group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with cardio. High energy and easy to follow. Great for all fitness levels.

LaBlast Fitness & Line Dancing

Learn to dance your favorite rhythms to a variety of music. Low impact and great for all fitness levels.

Dynamic Stretching

A full body stretching and strengthening program designed to decompress joints and rebalance and lengthen all muscles. 

FIT BARRE

Barre Fitness is a hybrid workout class- combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as pilates, alongside static stretches.

STRONG NATION

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) combining plyometrics, cardio and strengthening moves.

Yoga

Foundational yoga postures which align, strengthen and promote flexibility, combined with breathing techniques and meditation to relax the mind. Expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Functional Strength Training​

The practice of motion against resistance for all fitness levels. We pay special attention to body alignment, proper form, building endurance and overall strength of all major muscle groups. 

Hip Hop

High energy and easy to follow choreography to uplifting and fun hip-hop music. No dance experience required. Great for all fitness levels.

Zumba

High energy and easy to follow dance fitness, inspired by international music. Great for all fitness levels.
